"Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." Proverbs 27:17
Solomon - who is credited with being the wisest man that ever lived -understood a basic principle about men. that principle is that men need other men to be part of their lives in order to draw out the full potential within each one. Solomon compared this truth to what would have been a familiar part of everyday life: keeping a sharp edge on iron tools. Daily use of an implement would dull the edge. Continued use without the benefit of sharpening would result in less and less effectiveness. Solomon observed that the same is true of men. It was his conclusion that just as iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another!
MSN - Men Sharpening Men - has one goal: to help men become more of what God wants us to be as men. Our curriculum is simple: God's Word. Our process is equally simple: encouraging one another in spending daily time in Scripture.
MSN is for every man. We meet on the first Saturday of every month, 8 am, in Fellowship Hall.
